Carlos Gonçalves has a degree in Economics. In 2000, after completing his studies, he became a FIFA Players' Agent. A year later, in 2001, he set up PROELEVEN. He crafted the company's guidelines in his own image, one of honour, seriousness and professionalism. His company has brokered hundreds of deals over the past two decades, making its mark on every continent and every major competition.

In 2009, Vitor Gonçalves was challenged by his brother, PROELEVEN's founder, to join him and help grow the company together. His innate and extremely valuable sense of responsibility, bolstered by a degree in Economics and impressive negotiation skills, have quite naturally turned him into Carlos Gonçalves' right-hand man, partner and the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Simão Coutinho attended Sporting CP’s academy from a young age and also played for all of Portugal's youth teams. At the age of 25, he accepted Carlos Gonçalves' invitation to leave the pitch for the world of agency. With a degree and Masters in Sports Management, he has been responsible for some of the biggest deals at PROELEVEN, where he is a partner and holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Vasco Casquilho joined the company in 2016 after a vast experience in the sports world, namely a 10 year spell at Nike Portugal and Nike Europe as Sports Marketing Manager for Football, 2 years at Havas Sports (General Manager) and 4 years in the first league football club, GD Estoril Praia (General Manager). With his negotiation skills, he has become a partner at PROELEVEN where he holds the position of Chief Operaring Officer (COO).
